1.Beforeinstallation please makes sure the power is turned off.
2.For magnetic ballast. When LED tubes arereplaced in a standard fluorescent tube batten, the   starter must beremoved, and replaced by the enclosed fuse, simply and conveniently.
3.If electronic ballast, it need to be by-passedby a registered electrician.

100%of the lamps will be tested and keep lighting for 24 hours to test its qualityreliability , and we will also test its temperature after 24 hours' lighting.

Then after it is cool we again test 100% of the lamps to see if itstill work well . Each lamp should pass all these QC procedures before shippingto customer.
